We had a fantastic stay at a little gem called Ivy Cottage. Nestled in a quiet village, not far from the M5, the clean and spacious rooms made us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts. the breakfast was a refreshing change from the usual cooked options, with a delightful fruit salad and yogurt. Despite the shared facilities, they were impeccably clean throughout our stay. Diana and Chris, the artistic and creative owners, truly made our experience unforgettable. We wish them all the best!
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

The location was perfect for our weekend trips, central to everything we wanted to do. The hosts, Diana and Chris, were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The cottage itself was beautiful, with attention to detail and a lovely garden. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh fruits, cereals, toast, and homemade jams. We also appreciated the selection of teas and coffees available.
One issue we encountered was when I arrived wearing a facemask, the host mentioned that it wasn't necessary as "we don't do that here," without considering potential hidden disabilities or vulnerabilities. the wifi was turned off at 10 pm, which was inconvenient for those who may have needed it for work or communication.

The owners treated me like family and even offered me a delicious evening meal. the bed was super comfortable, and the house had a lovely atmosphere. I also enjoyed the wide range of TV channels available in the living room.
the archway at the entrance was not wide enough for our car, so we had to park on the road and carry our things after the wedding.

The cottage was lovely and cosy, perfect for a romantic escape. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, set in a peaceful village with beautiful surroundings.
The WiFi connection was quite unreliable, which was frustrating at times. the cottage was located in a remote area, making it difficult to access amenities and attractions easily.

Friendly and Comfortable Stay in a Charming Location
The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. the breakfast options were excellent and catered to specific dietary needs, including gluten intolerance. the location was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations were outstanding.
There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the absence of a lock on the bedroom door and some creaky floorboards. Finding parking on the premises could be a bit challenging, and there was the occasional noise transfer from the neighboring room due to thin walls.
